Video: Drunk Democrat Assistant AG in Rhode Island Screams “I’m an AG!” — Cop’s Response Is Pure Gold
You can’t make this up. Newly surfaced police footage out of Rhode Island shows Democrat-appointed Assistant Attorney General Devon Hogan Flanagan in a drunken meltdown that belongs in the hall of fame of political embarrassments.
Flanagan, clearly intoxicated, spent the arrest yelling the same line over and over again: “I’M AN AG! I’M AN AG!” She said it eleven times before officers had finally had enough. On her twelfth attempt, cops slammed the car door mid-sentence, leaving her stuck at “A”—giving us a grand total of 11.5 drunken shouts of her official title.
The cops, meanwhile, weren’t impressed. One officer dropped what might go down as the most savage response ever caught on bodycam:
“Good for you. I don’t give a sh*t.”
And it didn’t stop there. Between the slurred screams of her job title, Flanagan threatened officers, shouting: “Buddy, you’re gonna regret this.” For someone who’s supposed to uphold the law, the arrogance and entitlement on display here are jaw-dropping.

To make matters even more unhinged, Flanagan wasn’t alone. Her friend Veronica Hannan—a self-described “champion of diversity in STEM”—completely lost it as well. According to the footage, she broke free of her cuffs, growled, hissed, kicked, and let out a movie-style villain scream: “NOOOOO!” At one point, even the officers had to laugh at the absurdity, telling her flat-out:
“What’s wrong with you? You’re acting like a kid!”

All they had to do was leave.

This wasn’t a traffic stop gone wrong. This was two supposedly professional women melting down in public like toddlers denied candy at Walmart.
And here’s the kicker: Flanagan’s drunken mantra—“I’M AN AG”—has already become a meme online. Americans are mocking the spectacle, pointing out how Democrats love to preach accountability until it’s one of their own caught red-handed.
The footage is humiliating, hilarious, and damning all at once. If this is the kind of judgment and professionalism coming out of Rhode Island’s Democrat machine, no wonder the state’s in chaos.
