Judge Delivers Possible Blow to Mueller’s Probe… Orders Him to Publicly Name Five Witnesses Given Immunity In Manafort Case

On October 27, 2017, Paul Manafort was indicted by a federal grand jury as part of the Special Counsel investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections and related matters.

The twelve-count indictment charges Manafort with conspiracy against the United States, making false statements, money laundering, and failing to register as foreign agents for Ukraine as required by the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

Last Tuesday, Special counsel Robert Mueller asked Judge T.S. Ellis, a Ronald Reagan appointee,
to grant immunity to five unidentified potential witnesses whose testimony he wants to compel at the criminal trial of ex-Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort.

And, today, Judge T.S. Ellis agreed to grant the immunity to five potential witnesses in Manafort’s upcoming trial
but, he also ordered Mueller to publicly name the five witnesses who got immunity–a huge blow to the Special Counsel.

Mueller’s team wanted the identities of their witnesses to remain confidential, saying in a filing last week that they haven’t been criminally charged and not naming them would avoid “undue harassment.”

My guess- It’s going to be 5 known Clinton operatives. However, Judge Ellis is turning the lights on and watching the rats scurry around the room. Mueller thought he was some sort of a God. Hopefully, now he can be exposed, because nothing is more pathetic than corrupt political hacks like Mueller, trying to save the dying reputation of the even more corrupt democratic supporters of Hillary Clinton.

Also, only five days ago, Obama’s intelligence director James Clapper admitted Obama is ‘responsible’ for Mueller investigation. So, Mueller needs to be stopped! We have wasted our money on his witch hunt!

We The People” elected President Trump there was no Russian interference, that is just a made up story from the Democrats as a cover up for their defeat!

UPDATE:

WaPo reported:
A federal judge in Alexandria has delayed the trial of former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort until July 31st.

Defense attorney Kevin Downing had argued that the trial, which was previously set to begin Wednesday, comes as his team is still struggling with tens of thousands of documents only recently provided by prosecutors.

“There are equities and good reasons on both sides,” Judge T.S. Ellis III said.

Ellis also approved and unsealed motions to compel five witnesses against Manafort to testify at trial: James Brennan, Conor O’Brien, Donna Duggan, Cindy Laporta, Dennis Raico.
Brief description of the five witnesses:

What are they going to do with Podesta? It’s a legitimate question. If they take down Manafort, Podesta should be prosecuted for the same things.
Let’s share this and expose this huge witch hunt!
