Never Let A Crisis Go To Waste – Pelosi Using Coronavirus Crisis To Push Tax Break For Her Wealthy Neighbors

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi toured San Francisco’s Chinatown back in late February. On the 25th of February, she said there’s no reason tourists or locals should be staying away from the area because of coronavirus concerns.
“That’s what we’re trying to do today is to say everything is fine here,” Pelosi said. “Come because precautions have been taken. The city is on top of the situation.”
Pelosi visited The Wok Shop, a temple and the Golden Gate Fortune Cookie Factory, which was started 58 years ago by owner Kevin Chan’s mother and uncle.
She helped in spreading the “Chinese-Virus” because the first case that was reported in San Francisco was on the 5th of March.
Her visit to China Town happened 4 weeks after President Trump banned flights from China from entering the US.
She later blamed President Trump for the spread of the Coronavirus.
The Dems have no shame and will never let a crisis go to waste.
Last month before President Trump signed the Coronavirus relief bill said:
“We’re dealing with Democrats in Congress, we’ll see what can be done,” Trump said during an exchange with reporters at the White House. He said Democrats had included “goodies” in their bill “that have nothing to do with what we’re talking about.” He did not give details.
But several media reported that Pelosi wanted to sneak abortion funding into the bill.

Speaking to the Daily Caller, those officials alleged that while negotiating the stimulus with U.S. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, Pelosi tried to lobby for “several” provisions that stalled bipartisan commitment to the effort. One was a mandate for up to $1 billion to reimburse laboratory claims, which White House officials say would set a precedent of health spending without protections outlined in the Hyde Amendment.
The Hyde Amendment blocks clinics that perform abortions from receiving federal funding.
She didn’t manage to put the abortion funding bill but managed to put a lot of other stuff that wouldn’t help the American citizens.
Less than a week after President Donald Trump signed a $2 trillion emergency relief measure to help Americans hit hard by the coronavirus outbreak, Pelosi wants a new recovery package to include a restoration of tax deductions for wealthy Americans in high-tax states, according to Fox News.
The House speaker, who hails from one of the wealthiest congressional districts in the United States, is pushing to use government efforts to fight the coronavirus outbreak as a weapon to fight for a tax break that would benefit the wealthiest Americans – very much including her neighbors.

The state and local tax deduction was eliminated by the Republican tax reform of 2017 — the tax reform that helped spur an economy that was roaring before the coronavirus hit.
For Pelosi, the San Francisco liberal who represents a California district where the median household income is $113,919, according to the Census Bureau, that would mean getting back a big tax break for her neighbors – and herself.
As Fox reported:
“Pelosi and her husband have a property tax liability of approximately $198,337.62 considering their two homes, a winery and two commercial properties, public records show, indicating that the couple could reap substantial benefits in the event of a full SALT repeal.”
Social media users saw the whole idea and reacted furiously:

Her neighborhood, after all, is listed by the financial news website GoBankingRates as the 24th-richest congressional district in the country. Her constituents, her neighbors, could sure use that new tax break.
