Photo: 10 months Into Brandon’s Fake Presidency And Dunkin’ Donuts Has No Donuts

We’ve received and email this morning that was titled: Bakery shortage?

Here’s what our reader sent to us:

For the past few weeks my local Dunkin has been having a Donut shortage. They don’t have any donuts out in display and they only have some donuts available like the chocolate and strawberry with sprinkles and glazed. They go and get them from the back if you get one. They haven’t had any French crullers, which are my favorite in a while. One of the employees said they were having an issue with their bakery. I was just wondering if this was a company wide issue or just a local one? Is this connected with the crisis in the supply chain?

She also sent us a picture where we can see an empty shelf of donuts and a printed warning that due to an issue in the supply chain they are out of donuts.

This was the Belvedere Square location in Baltimore, MD (544 E. Belvedere Square),” she said. “I took the photo on Wednesday morning around 10am; I was going in to grab a coffee, but saw the sign and thought it was pretty amusing, so snapped a photo.”

Asked whether she was looking for donuts, Burnham said she wasn’t. “I probably would have been pretty annoyed if I was looking for donuts, though!” she said.

We can’t confirm if Dunkin’ Donuts have these kind of issues everywhere or just in certain places but still it’s pretty sad to see our country with empty shelves.

Photos and videos on social media show empty shelves across the United States amid growing evidence of food shortages.

The demand for goods has spiked as inflation rises and the economy recovers from the 2020 lows. Due to a shortage of warehouse workers, containers and truck drivers, the supply chain has not been able to keep up with the demand.

Speculations are that the shortage of workers is due to the ongoing vaccine mandate which forced many people to quit their job!

10 months into Brandon’s fake presidency and Dunkin’ Donuts has no donuts. Things are just fine!
