Photos: Huge Sections Of The Border Wall Have Been Removed On Places Where The Drug Route Passes

Texas may award a massive contract to begin building a barrier that stretches along more than 700 miles of the state’s border with Mexico as early as this week, according to the office overseeing the project.

The Texas Facilities Commission, which oversees state contracts, said in a statement it anticipates awarding the border wall project with more than $1 billion in available funding by mid-September.

But while Texas works on improving Trump’s border wall Arizona can’t say the same thing!

Approximately 391 miles of pedestrian fencing/border wall are present in Arizona and New Mexico, 263 miles of which were built between 2017 and 2021. There are also an additional 120 miles of vehicle barriers in Arizona and New Mexico.

On January 21, 2021, the day that President Biden halted construction of the border wall.

But, his administration didn’t only halted the construction of the wall, as photos from our southern border show parts of the wall are removed!

The former President Donald Trump has made building a border wall one of his key priorities, saying it is needed to tackle illegal immigration and drug trafficking. When he build the wall in Arizona he cut off countless access points that had been used by illegal crossers for years.

Tucson Arizona has long been a national-level distribution center for illicit drugs that have been illegally trafficked across the southern border.

Drug traffickers only have to cross about 65 miles of desert to reach the city and the endless network of isolated trails along the way provide the perfect path to complete the journey undetected.

Now images from the border shows that they can go back and smuggle their drug once again!

According to a local guide who has been to the wall multiple times since it was constructed, the cutout sections are new as of the past couple of months and had previously been fully in-tact along this particular stretch.
