Never Start a Fight with Marines: Guy Learns This Painful Lesson the Hard Way (Video)

Some people just have to learn the hard way.

In this video, a guy (or small group) decides it’s a good idea to start swinging at a bunch of Marines. It doesn’t go well for him.

The Marines handle business quickly and efficiently. Punches land, the aggressor gets rocked, and the situation ends exactly how you’d expect when you pick a fight with trained warfighters.

The look on the bystanders face is priceless:

From the context and similar clips circulating, this appears to have taken place in Austin, Texas — likely on or near 6th Street outside a bar or nightclub area. The video has been making the rounds again recently (posted June 10, 2026), though some comments suggest it may be from an earlier incident that keeps resurfacing.

The lesson is timeless: Never start a fight with Marines. These are guys trained to fight and win in the worst conditions imaginable. A bar brawl is child’s play for them.

The guy who started it found out fast. One or two good hits and he was on the ground regretting every life choice that led him to that moment.

Marines don’t go looking for trouble, but they sure know how to finish it. This is exactly why you don’t mess with them.

Respect the uniform. Respect the training. And for the love of God, don’t start fights you have zero chance of winning.

Semper Fi.
