BREAKING: Trump Addresses the Fate of Ashli Babbitt’s Shooter – The Left Won’t Like This One Bit! (Video)

President Donald Trump just dropped a bombshell on Newsmax, vowing to investigate the lawsuit filed by Ashli Babbitt’s family and the Capitol Hill Police officer who shot her on January 6, 2021—and the left is about to lose it.

In an interview with Greg Kelly on “Greg Kelly Reports” from the White House’s Roosevelt Room on Tuesday, Trump expressed outrage over Babbitt’s death, calling her a “really good person” and a “big MAGA fan, Trump fan” who was “innocently standing there” and possibly trying to “hold back the crowd” when Lt. Michael Byrd shot her, per Newsmax.

“A man did something to her that was unthinkable… I think it’s a disgrace,” Trump said, noting he wasn’t aware the Department of Justice was reportedly against settling the $30 million wrongful death lawsuit, which has a trial date set for July 2026, per san.com.

Trump didn’t stop there—he slammed the fact that Byrd was cleared of wrongdoing by the DOJ and Capitol Police, promoted to captain in 2023, and remains on the force, per nbcnews.com. “I’m going to take a look at it… His reputation was… I won’t even say; let’s find out about his reputation. We’re going to find out,” Trump promised, adding, “She was killed, but nobody else was killed.” Babbitt, a 35-year-old Air Force veteran, was shot cold-blooded!

For Trump supporters, this is a call for justice—Babbitt’s death, the first reported that day, became a rallying cry, with Trump long claiming she was “murdered,” per rollcall.com.
