Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) managed to turn heads for all the wrong reasons during a confirmation hearing for Doug Burgum, President Trump’s pick for Secretary of the Interior. In what can only be described as an unhinged moment, Hirono bizarrely asked Burgum if he had ever raped anyone.
