Maxine Waters Gets Physical During The Interview, Now Conservative Reporter Laura Loomer Presses Assault Charges Against Her (Video)

On Saturday Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) said she has no sympathy for the people who work in Trump’s administration and suggested people harassing, and protesting members of the administration of President Donald Trump at stores, restaurants, and gas stations was the new reality for the United States of America.

Waters had received pushback from many Republicans and even some top Democrats, who likely realized Waters’ call to incitement didn’t reflect well on their calls for a more civil political dialogue.

According to Big League Politics, conservative investigative journalist Laura Loomer tracked down Waters in the halls of Congress and asked her a series of questions with regard to her call to mob action, but Waters was in no mood to answer any questions.

In fact, Waters even appeared to get slightly physical with Loomer as she attempted to avoid answering the reporter’s direct questions.

On at least two and possibly three occasions, Waters attempted to bat away Loomer’s camera or cover it up with a sheet of paper, a physical act that could easily have accelerated the situation into a violent altercation.

Now Laura Loomer went to the Capitol Police in Washington, D.C., and filed assault charges against Maxine Waters.

Laura Loomer says Maxine Waters assaulted her 3 times and it’s all caught on camera:

“Today I filed a police report in Washington, D.C. to press charges against Congresswoman Maxine Waters for assaulting me,” Loomer said.

“When I confronted her regarding her call for targeted harassment of Trump administration officials, Ms. Waters assaulted me 3 times. She hit my hand to try to knock my phone out of my hand, and then she hit me in the face with her papers twice,” Loomer continued.

Loomer tweeted: BREAKING: Today I filed a police report w/ @CapitolPolice against @RepMaxineWaters.

Yesterday when I confronted her on Capitol Hill, she ASSAULTED me. She hit my hand, then she swatted me in the face twice w/ her papers. I’m pressing charges against her.
