Scottish Man Snaps and Stabs 5 Muslim Migrants in Machete Attack — Police and PM Call It Terror, Not Lone Wolf Issue (Videos)
A 36-year-old Scottish man in Edinburgh went on a violent rampage Friday night, stabbing five Muslim migrants in what police are already treating as a terror attack driven by anti-Muslim hatred.
The attacks happened across the west and north of the city. The injured men were aged 22 (two of them), 24, 27, and 39. Three required hospital treatment, though none of the injuries were considered life-threatening. Officers arrested the suspect late Friday after multiple reports came in.

Footage circulating online shows the shirtless man being detained while ranting at officers. He shouted things like “I’m protecting the country from these f***ing Muslim bastards raping our young daughters.” Other clips appear to show him carrying a long weapon and battering the door of a restaurant.
Prime Minister Keir Starmer was quick to condemn the violence. He called it “absolutely appalling,” said no one should face violence on the streets, and stated the suspect “appears to be motivated by anti-Muslim hatred.” Starmer promised the man would face “the full force of the law” and thanked police and emergency services.
Counter-terror detectives are now involved in the investigation.
This kind of targeted violence is wrong, full stop. No one should be going around stabbing people on the street, no matter how angry they are. But the speed and intensity of the official response — immediately framing it as terror and anti-Muslim hatred — stands in stark contrast to how authorities have handled far larger and more systematic horrors for years.
Britain has been dealing with an industrial-scale grooming and rape gang epidemic for over a decade. Official reports and inquiries have documented hundreds of thousands of cases — with recent figures pointing to as many as 250,000 victims, overwhelmingly young White British girls targeted by predominantly Pakistani Muslim networks. In places like Rotherham, Rochdale, and others, police and politicians repeatedly looked the other way, downplayed the ethnic and religious patterns, and prioritized “community relations” over protecting children.
Yet when one angry man snaps and attacks migrants, the full weight of the state and the Prime Minister’s condemnation lands immediately. The same government that has been slow to deliver real justice for grooming gang victims is now moving fast on this single incident.
Unchecked mass migration has consequences. When you import large numbers of people from cultures with very different attitudes toward women, integration, and the rule of law — and then fail to enforce borders or prosecute crimes aggressively — resentment builds. This attack is the ugly, predictable result of that failure. It doesn’t justify what happened, but pretending these events come out of nowhere is dishonest.
The videos of the suspect ranting about protecting “our young daughters” tap directly into the raw anger many British people feel after years of grooming gang scandals, two-tier policing, and political correctness that shielded perpetrators while ordinary citizens watched their communities change beyond recognition.
Police and politicians are right to investigate this as a serious crime. But if they want to prevent more incidents like it, they need to finally get serious about the root causes: secure borders, mass deportations of criminal migrants, and real accountability for the grooming gang networks that have destroyed so many lives. Strong words after one attack won’t fix years of policy failure.
This is what happens when a country ignores the warnings and lets problems fester. The bill is coming due, and pretending otherwise only makes the next explosion more likely.
