In Loudoun County, Virginia—infamous for that 2021 school bathroom assault cover-up—two Christian teens, Seth Wolfe and Renae Smith, were slapped with 10-day suspensions for “sexually harassing” a trans-identifying female student who was filming them in the boys’ locker room. The boys, uncomfortable and voicing their concerns, made it clear they didn’t want a girl in their space, but the school board launched a Title IX probe anyway, twisting their discomfort into harassment.
The hypocrisy? A third boy, who is Muslim, had his complaint dismissed outright, while the Christians are dragged through the mud. Now, U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema is demanding the parents post a $125,000 bond by October 15, 2025, to cover the school’s legal fees if they lose their lawsuit against the Loudoun County School Board. “The order aims to ensure that if LCPS prevails on dispositive pre-trial motions, LCPS can recover from that bond its attorney’s fees,” ABC 7 reported. The family has launched a GiveSendGo to fight back, but this reeks of biased enforcement—punish the Christians, protect the others. Is this “equity” or straight-up discrimination?
