Red Hen Town Just Got Brutal Reality Check After The Restaurant Refused to Serve Sarah Sanders
If you can’t say something nice about someone don’t say anything at all because what goes around comes around to bite you. Stupid actions can have unexpected consequences! Like this one for example:
The town where White House Press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders was kicked out of Red Hen is now forced to launch tourism recovery campaign.
I love it when liberalism smacks its self in the head.
The Roanoke Times reported that the Rockbridge Regional Tourism approved a marketing plan to boost its marketing and spread positive messages about the surrounding area with emergency funds. The money is normally saved, however, officials agreed the region is in desperate need of positive coverage after the Sanders controversy.
“For a town our size, it was a significant impact,” Patty Williams, the director of marketing, told the Roanoke Times of tough times following the controversy.

The Red Hen is part of the Lexington, Virginia area and has received negative coverage since the incident, with the area’s tourism office receiving thousands of phone calls and emails. Social media users took to the Red Hen’s Facebook and Yelp pages to bombard it with one-star ratings and bad reviews. The restaurant closed its doors for nearly two weeks after the controversy broke.
However, the boycott of the Lexington Area will remain in effect as long as The Red Hen is open for business. Liberal tourism cannot support the area. The majority of Conservatives are staying away as long as that business is open!
If the owner is stupid enough to politicize her own business, she’s stupid enough to go out of business!
