Former Navy Sailor Pardoned by Trump Files Suit Against Obama, Comey For Not Pursuing Criminal Charges Against Hillary
The goal of the Democrats is not in any way shape or form to benefit this great country, it is only to obtain and maintain absolute power!!! That is very obvious! Only the complicit and the very stupid don’t see this!! From the very beginning, it was very clear that the man who was supposed to serve our country was the man who was going to destroy her – Barack Hussein Obama.
A former Navy sailor who was pardoned by President Trump in March is now suing the Justice Department, former FBI director James Comey and former President Obama.
Obama was president, and Comey was FBI Director when this former sailor pleaded guilty in 2016.
According to Fox News:
In his federal lawsuit, filed in Albany, N.Y., Kristian Saucier alleges that the U.S. government was overzealous in prosecuting him mishandling classified information while going easy on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for more serious violations of the same law.
Saucier told Fox News he was scapegoated by Obama officials who found themselves under fire for not aggressively responding to Clinton’s handling of classified information through her private email servers.
“We’ll highlight the differences in the way Hillary Clinton was prosecuted and how my client was prosecuted,” Saucier’s attorney Ronald Daigle told Fox News. “We’re seeking to cast a light on this to show that there’s a two-tier justice system, and we want it to be corrected.”
“They interpreted the law in my case to say it was criminal, but they didn’t prosecute Hillary Clinton,” Saucier told Fox News. “Hillary is still walking free. Two guys on my ship did the same thing and weren’t treated as criminals. We want them to correct the wrong.”
Saucier spent a year in federal prison for taking souvenir photos inside the USS Alexandria while it was stationed in Groton, Conn., in 2009.
During his presidential campaign and since taking office, Trump several times held up Saucier’s punishment and the investigation into Clinton by the FBI as an example of a double standard.
“Crooked Hillary Clinton’s top aide, Huma Abedin, has been accused of disregarding basic security protocols. She put Classified Passwords into the hands of foreign agents. Remember sailors pictures on the submarine? Jail! Deep State Justice Dept must finally act? Also on Comey & others.”
The Obama years were the most embarrassing time in US history.
Another sad example the weaponization, via politicization, of the corrupt DOJ by the previous administration, continuing today through the current criminal cabal at the DOJ yet left to fester by the current administration.
