A very big revelation came this morning from Georgia where there’s an ongoing recount.
U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten Sr. revealed in his four-page directive that he held a hearing via Zoom Sunday evening on the suit — one of two cases filed in federal courts last week by Sidney Powell.
The hearing was not announced on the court’s docket and appears not to have been open to the press or public. It seems to have focused on claims that the election results in numerous states were wildly inaccurate due to the use of machines from a leading vendor of voting equipment — Dominion Election Systems.
Later in the day, Judge Timothy Batten Sr. reversed the order based on Defendants’ claim that GA Counties control voting machines.
At 10:10 PM on Sunday night Judge Timothy Batten again issued a temporary restraining order for 10 days against the destruction of evidence.
Another controversy occurred in Fulton County.
Fulton County elections officials confirmed to 11Alive on Sunday that a newly-purchased Dominion Voting Systems mobile server had crashed earlier in the day.
“Technicians from Dominion have been dispatched to resolve the issue,” Fulton County officials said in a statement. “The Georgia Secretary of State’s office has also been alerted to the issue and is aware of efforts to resolve the problem.”
But contradictory to the reports from election officials local witnesses allege that the servers didn’t crash, after all, he says the server was removed.
Kyle Becker is an independent journalist and former assoc. prod/writer at Fox News, he tweeted late in the night:

Update: “Our witness said someone REMOVED the server!”

Why haven’t they done ANYTHING to stop the Obstruction of Justice by the Secretary of State? pic.twitter.com/eQjHxczX26

This news comes after President Donald Trump’s campaign said last week that it is seeking a second recount of presidential election votes in Georgia.
