Sarah Sanders Finally Loses It – She Skewers Reporter for Questioning Trump’s Dedication to the Free Press

Sarah Sanders sharply confronted a reporter during Wednesday’s White House briefing for asking about President Trump’s threat to take away the press credentials of the “fake news.”

“The Fake News is working overtime,” Trump had tweeted earlier that day. “Why do we work so hard in working with the media when it is corrupt? Take away credentials?”

Fast forward to the briefing, and a reporter asked if snatching credentials is a line “you would be willing to cross?”

Sanders responded bluntly, “I’m standing up in front of you have right now taking your questions.”

ABC News reporter Cecilia Vega asked if stripping news outlets of White House credentials is a “line [she is] willing to cross” following the president’s early morning tweet suggesting he may do just that.

“We’re very committed to a free press,” Sanders responded. “We demonstrate that every single day, not only by me being up here and taking your questions, as I’m doing right now. The president did it just a couple of hours ago.”

Vega, however, wasn’t satisfied and repeated her question — and that’s when Sanders unleashed on her.

“At the same time, the press has a responsibility to put out accurate information,” Sanders shot back after reiterating the Trump administration’s dedication to a free press.

“Just yesterday, The New York Times accused the secretary of state for being AWOL,” she added, rattling off examples of recent media mishaps. “AWOL, when he was flying across the globe to bring three Americans home. That is an outrageous claim.

“Just earlier this week, The Washington Post accused the first lady of not living in the White House,” she continued. ”[…] We’re here, we’re taking questions, we’re doing everything we can to provide regular and constant information to the American people, and there is a responsibility by you guys to provide accurate information.”

Watch the dramatic moment:

If the MSM could step outside its cloud of TDS obsession and remember what professional journalism is supposed to be, maybe, just maybe they might understand the contempt they are held in.

They’ve become the wacko on the corner proclaiming “The End is near.” but it never comes. Show some self-awareness of your own partisanship. Here’s a mental exercise, if anyone of you is capable, pretend that Trump is your cult idol Obonzo.

Before you ask a question ask yourself if you would/did subject the Lightbringer to the same question. I will bet not.

And once again Sarah you are doing a great job!
