Sarah Sanders Shuts Down a Reporter After He Tried To Trap Her On ‘CNN Sucks’ Chant (VIDEO)
I don’t think anyone has had to deal with so much BS from the media like White House spokesperson Sarah Huckabee Sanders…and I must admit, she handles it very well. Watching her in action is beyond delightful. She makes me smile on several levels!
Th same thing happened during Wednesday’s briefing when press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders shut down reporter David Martosko who alleged President Donald Trump’s supporters were “menacing” journalists at Tuesday night’s “Make America Great Again” rally. Martosko was referring to Trump supporters chanting “CNN sucks!” at CNN’s chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta at the rally.
David Martosko asked Sanders: “Does the president encourage the support of people who showed up last night in these ‘QAnon’ and ‘Blacks for Trump’ fringe groups, and secondly is the White House willing to say right now in view of what happened with one of our TV colleagues last night, that it is wrong for his most vocal supporters to be menacing toward journalist doing their jobs?”
But, the way she handles the questions makes me proud of Trump’s administration! She replied that Trump denounces violence against reporters and supports a free press, however, he also views the press as having a responsibility to report things accurately.
Martosko admitted that no one was violent toward Acosta, but that supporters were “trying to prevent a broadcaster from getting his broadcast out and yelling that his network sucks — is that right or wrong?”
“We support freedom of the press but we also support freedom of speech and we think those things go hand-in-hand,” Sanders shot back.

Last night CNN’s Jim Acosta was heckled while covering a campaign rally in Tampa where President Trump is scheduled to speak. But, it is so hard to generate much sympathy for him. It’s a well-known fact that Acosta has no class and shows zero respect for the office of the presidency. He wouldn’t keep it classy even in North Korea when the seemingly impossible was happening.
So, Acosta got what he deserves! He’s been writing this check with his mouth for months. He isn’t just distrusted, he’s *disliked* by some potential customers.
Truth hurts, freedom of speech goes for BOTH sides of the aisle not just left and not just media. No one was violent or throwing things so there is nothing for the President or Sarah to be upset about. Only ones crying are CNN people.
