Video: Creep in Pink Furry Costume Terrorizes Children at School Bus Stop — Cops Still Haven’t Made an Arrest
This is the kind of thing that should never happen in a civilized neighborhood.
In Fredericksburg, Virginia, a man dressed in a full pink animal costume (described by witnesses as looking like a Pink Panther or a bear, complete with a red flannel shirt and brown boots) allegedly followed and chased a group of young children at a school bus stop on Lafayette Boulevard.
The incident happened on May 14 around 4:30 p.m. A local mother says her kids and their classmates had just gotten off the bus when they noticed the costumed figure staring at them from across the street. Once the bus left, he crossed the road and started pursuing them, even attempting to grab one of the younger girls. Her sister pulled her away, and they managed to escape.
A neighbor snapped a photo of the suspect near a dark pickup truck, and police have released it while asking for tips.

Fredericksburg Police say they are taking it very seriously. They’ve increased patrols in the area and are actively investigating. So far, no arrest has been made.
This isn’t the first time people in the community have reportedly seen this creepy figure walking around. Multiple locals say they’ve spotted the pink costume before, which makes the whole thing even more unsettling.
Parents are rightfully furious and scared. One mother posted a warning to other families, urging them to keep a close eye on their kids. In a sane world, a grown man in a furry costume chasing children at a bus stop would be an immediate red flag — yet here we are, with police still searching for the suspect days later.
This story highlights a deeper problem in society: too many disturbed individuals feel emboldened to act out in public, and our institutions sometimes seem slow to respond until something truly awful happens. President Trump has talked often about restoring law and order and protecting our communities from exactly this kind of chaos and degeneracy. When predators feel free to terrorize kids in broad daylight, something has gone very wrong with our culture and enforcement.
Parents in Fredericksburg and across the country are right to be alarmed. If you see anything suspicious — especially someone in a costume acting strangely around children — report it immediately. Don’t wait.
The Fredericksburg Police Department is asking anyone with information to come forward. In the meantime, families in the area are on high alert.
This should not be happening in America in 2026. The fact that it is shows how far we’ve drifted from basic safety and common sense.
Stay vigilant, parents. Protect your kids.
